SIR IAN MCKELLEN CONOCE

No me da lugar a traducirlo, si alguien no comprende los conceptos de 50 ó 100, lo siento mucho. Siempre podéis utilizar algún traductor universal de esos que hay en la red.

Pregunador P pregunta:

Q: Have you ever done a project like this before, of this size? With all the news, all the speculation and fascination with the book? What's that like?

Respondedor R responde.

McKellen: Yes, I have. Lord of the Rings. 50 times, 100 times bigger than Da Vinci Code. Millions around the world, over all the generations. A book, which for them, was central to their lives. It wasn't just an exciting read. It was a book that they'd read 20 times in some cases. They were very, very interested in the movie. Very disturbed [if] it was going to be the movie of their book or was it going to be Peter Jackson's book. I think with Da Vinci Code, I doubt it if people have read it more than once. It's not that sort of book. It's not dense. You understand it as you go along and having understood it, it's like doing a crossword. Once you've done a crossword you don't rub it out and do it again, do you? I don't. You go on to another one. But, of course, there is immense interest but it's not the same sort of interest as you got with the Tolkien where it was almost like filming the Bible for some people.

Debe ser por el casco de hierro de Magneto....
